I got a refund through Paypal. It was kind of an odd issue, considering the account I was buying from was hacked, so it wasn't really their fault, or Ebay's. I'm just glad I got my refund. :)

You would still get the nice ipod if you got it accidentally from Microsoft. Ya the mac guy would be so much mad about this!

Its so sad you got a fake ipod even paying for the original one. Did you got the replacement later? You can write an article on this topic to make people aware of what they are buying online?

The photo is pretty funny... an "Apple" product in a Microsoft box. What would the Mac Guy say about that?

I got a fake Ipod once through ebay because someone had hacked into a reputable seller's account, and was passing the fakes off as originals. The thing was crap. It turned on, but didn't do much else.
